Promotions Executive Fresher Job

Cappella Sports is a leading sports equipment and apparel company focused on serving the badminton community. We are committed to providing high-quality products to players of all levels and supporting their passion for the sport. As a partnership & outreach executive, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining partnerships with badminton players, coaches, clubs, and associations. You will also be responsible for organizing events and implementing below-the-line (BTL) activities to enhance brand awareness for our company's portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish partnerships with badminton players, coaches, clubs, and associations to promote Cappella Sports' products and services
2. Identify and approach potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements
3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the badminton community, including players, coaches, club managers, and association representatives
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns targeting the badminton community
5. Organize events, tournaments, workshops, and other activities to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of partnership initiatives and events
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maximize business growth
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership programs and recommend improvements
9. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership and outreach activities
10. Represent Cappella Sports at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and expand business opportunities
11. Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partnership progress and outcomes
