Psychologist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements
2. Follow behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
3. Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
4. Assist with parent and caregiver training as per the client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
5. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress
6. Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients
7. Maintain client confidentiality at all times
8. Assist Lead Behavioral Technicians, Behavior Analysts, and Pediatric Neurologists in preparing client materials as instructed
9. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
10. Collaborate with the treatment team, including clients, parents, caregivers, and outside professionals
11. Attend required training to maintain and acquire technical knowledge

Requirements:

1. Accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skills accordingly
2. Demonstrate effective time management skills and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Possess basic computer and MS Office proficiency
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers
