1. Assist the lead instructor in preparing and delivering Python programming lessons and workshops
2. Provide support to students during coding exercises, projects, and debugging sessions
3. Review student code submissions and provide constructive feedback for improvement
4. Assist in creating learning materials, assignments, and assessments for Python courses
5. Conduct code reviews and help students understand best practices and coding standards
6. Collaborate with the instructional team to improve curriculum and teaching methodologies
7. Mentor and guide students in developing their programming skills and problem-solving abilities
8. Help organize and facilitate coding competitions, hackathons, and other related events
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Python programming language and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Django)
2. Strong understanding of software development concepts, data structures, and algorithms
3. Previous experience in teaching or tutoring Python programming is preferred
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and instructors
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and integrated development environments (IDEs)
7. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is typically required
