Quality Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Test Planning & Strategy
Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts that align with product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to identify potential quality risks early.

2. Manual & Automated Testing
Execute manual test cases across web and mobile interfaces to verify functionality, usability, and compatibility.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks) to streamline regression testing.
Ensure tests cover both functional and non-functional aspects (e.g., performance, security).

3. Bug Reporting & Tracking
Accurately log defects with clear steps to reproduce, severity, and environment details.
Work with developers and stakeholders to verify fixes, retest, and track bug resolution progress.

4. Continuous Integration & Delivery
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
Collaborate with DevOps to maintain reliable test environments and timely deployments.

5. Collaboration & Communication
Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and UX Designers to clarify requirements and assess testability.
Provide timely updates on testing progress, risks, and issues, and contribute to release readiness decisions.

6. Documentation & Best Practices
Maintain well-organized test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and QA best practices.
Proactively propose process improvements, share knowledge, and mentor junior QA team members.
