Registerkaro is looking for a Quality Monitoring Associate to enhance our client relationships and ensure top-notch service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients who have shared feedback on platforms such as Google and LinkedIn, addressing their concerns, and working towards resolving any service-related issues. Your efforts will play a key role in strengthening the company's online reputation and ensuring continued customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to clients who have shared feedback on platforms like Google and LinkedIn to understand their concerns and collaborate on effective solutions.
2. Review Management: Work with clients to update or remove reviews by resolving their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the service provided.
3. Quality Assurance: Monitor trends in service delivery, partnering with internal teams to address recurring issues and ensure continuous improvement.
4. Escalation Resolution: Efficiently manage client escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain high client satisfaction.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, review statuses, and track outcomes to assess progress and success.
6. Client Satisfaction: Prioritize client satisfaction by actively listening to concerns, providing prompt responses, and following up to ensure issues are resolved.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 0-1 year in customer service, client management, or quality assurance roles, ideally in a service-focused environment.
2. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and work collaboratively to implement solutions.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
