R&D ASSISTANT Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support Research and Development (R&D) Projects: Assist in planning, executing, and documenting R&D experiments and projects related to paints and coatings
2. Material Testing: Conduct various tests and analyses on paint materials and coatings to evaluate their properties and
performance.
3. Data Collection: Collect and maintain accurate data and records related to R&D activities. Prepare reports and summaries as required.
4. Product Formulation: Assist in the development and optimization of paint formulations, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
5. Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to perform quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products.
6. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the paints and coatings sector.
7. Lab Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the R&D laboratory. Properly handle and store chemicals and
equipment.
