Receptionist Cum Telecaller Fresher Job

We are looking for a proactive team player to join us, who loves to talk (with clients) as a receptionist cum telecaller.

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person
3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
4. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
5. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email/chat
6. Capture leads received via social media, email, direct call and WhatsApp chat in CRM
7. Contact fresh or existing leads/enquires to map their requirement
8. Recall unanswered leads
9. Assign the lead to the appropriate vacay consultant from the team based on the client's current requirement
10. Follow first contact SOP
