1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on patient care.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
8. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and billing is advantageous.
9. Language - English, Hindi, Kannada will be preferred
10. Office location - Koramangala
