As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to help drive our company's growth and success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Review the job description; understand the requirements and execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement
2. Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
3. Assess the applicant s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
4. Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle
5. Build strong candidate relationships & credibility to leverage their trust to get referrals
6. Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
7. Submitting candidate s resumes to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration
8. Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature
9. Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls
10. Manage employee engagement activities
