Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates
2. Utilize your strong spoken English proficiency to effectively communicate with employees.
3. Participate in onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company
4. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed to help drive overall departmental goals and objective
5. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
7. Utilize multiple sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals) to find potential candidates.
8. Maintain a candidate database, ensuring all information is up to date.
9. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit for the organization and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
