Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate placements.
2. Review resumes and applications, assessing qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
5. Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Use various job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates for open positions.
