Key responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
2. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
3. Calling the clients and scheduling Interviews, and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
5. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms & conditions.
6. Manage onboarding and new hire process.
7. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
