Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, attract, and assess passive prospects and guide them on their journey home to knowledge capital
2. Become a member of a tight-knit partnership with internal stakeholders and leadership to partner across the organization to deeply understand the company mission, values, and hiring needs and to develop the unique role as the primary advocate for both our company in conveying opportunity and awesomeness in working at Knowledge Capital and for prospects and lead them through all steps in the recruiting and interviewing process

Requirements:

1. Strong academic achievement
2. Achievement-oriented background beyond academics
3. Prior experience in talent acquisition, customer service, or sales would be a great fit
4. Track record of consistency and commitment in leading and completing projects on or before assigned dates
5. Ability to be creative and think differently
6. Super strong written abilities - a huge plus if you have great creative writing abilities
7. High energy with an aptitude to quickly learn and take action
8. Track record of doing something new and growth through lessons learned
9. Success in a team-oriented environment
10. Thrives and can prioritize in an agile, rapidly changing environment
11. A bachelor's degree is ideal
