Job Description:

We are hiring an Information Technology Recruiter/ IT recruiter who will be handling internal as well as client requirements. The recruiter should be specialized in end-to-end recruitment.

We, Unistanz Software Private Limited - a Mumbai-based Software Product and IT Services company serving industry-leading customers across numerous domains and technology platforms.

Location: Borivali (East)
Working Mode: Mon to Fri ( WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and developing job descriptions and specifications.
2. Collaborating across teams and clients to compile a consistent list of requirements.
3. Attracting suitable candidates through LinkedIn, online employment forums, social media, etc.
4. Understanding the requirements, CV shortlisting conducting initial interviews, and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
5. Assessing the applicant's knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
6. Coordinating with internal team, candidates, and consultants for interviews and closing positions
7. Intermittent in personal meetings or virtual and telecalls with clients
8. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
9. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
10. Any other ad-hoc activities required as and when required by the company.

Desired profile:

1. Experience range - 6 months to 1 year
2. Even Freelancers/Part-time consultants interested in full-time opportunities can apply
3. Bachelors in any stream
4. Experience in recruitment consultancy would be a plus
5. Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
6. Should possess good communication skills.
7. Should possess an eye for detail and a proactive mindset
8. Good interpersonal skills.
