Key Responsibilities:

1. Involving in the full sales and recruitment process for US IT industry
2. Having client communication
3. Responding to US vendor and client calls when necessary
4. Posting resumes on consultants' behalf on a number of job boards, including Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Career Builder
5. Recognizing the terms and conditions of the organization when executing the purchase orders and ensuring that they are understood
6. Planning feedback sessions for the candidates who were interviewed

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree
2. Excellent verbal and email communication skills
3. Candidates with internship experience are preferred
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools is a plus
5. Proficiency in LinkedIn portal
