About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles.
2. Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and the hiring managers.
3. Conducting the appropriate pre-employment checks for the candidates who have been successful in the interview process.
4. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
5. Work with a database for sourcing and tracking candidates.
6. Will be owning the end-to-end process for candidates & be one SPOC for them.
