Recruitment Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze job descriptions (JDs) shared by clients and align with expected turnaround time (TAT) for closures
2. Assess talent availability and develop a recruitment plan to ensure timely closures
3. Source candidates through multiple channels, screen profiles per client specifications, and schedule interviews accordingly
4. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including salary negotiations and pre/post-joining engagement
5. Update the ATS regularly, track sourcing activities, and share performance reports with leaders

Requirements:

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Attention to detail and proactive approach
