Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media, etc.
2. Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
3. Lininging up candidates for interview
4. Following up on the interview status and managing the candidate pipeline
5. Managing the online job postings, social media presence, etc.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
