About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to the Greenlam project.
2. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues.
3. Maintain customer records by updating information in the database.
4. Deliver excellent customer service by understanding the customer's needs and providing accurate solutions.
5. Assist customers in Malayalam and Hindi/English as required.
6. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience.
