The 'Relationship Manager' will be responsible for nurturing high net-worth (HNI) client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling. The RM will be responsible for the identification of potential customers and providing them with customized solutions as per their requirements. The position entails client management and acquisition with a key focus on expanding the assets under management. Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and provide tailored investment products aligned to customer needs. The center of all client engagements will be to ensure superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial solutions to the Burgundy customers while maintaining high service standards.
2. Maintain a complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics, and assets in his portfolio.
3. Responsible for selling high-end Equity Investment products like PMS, AIF, private equity, and unlisted mutual funds.
4. Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities.
5. Deepen the existing relationships by cross-selling the varieties of investment products and all types of insurance (general insurance, life insurance & health insurance).
6. Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
7. Acquire new customers by converting referral leads.
8. Achieve targets as assigned by the organization every month.
9. Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
10. Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the organization.
1. Graduation/Post-graduation from a recognized institute.
2. NCFM/NISM certifications.
3. 2 years managing high net worth clients.
4. Knowledge of banking products and services.
5. Ability to manage complex client situations.
6. Good communication (both verbal and written) skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
7. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Good networking and relationship-building skills.
