Key responsibilities:

1. Manage our active community across different channels
2. Engage with each member via text and call to motivate them to work
3. Resolve community issues promptly and effectively
4. Engage in meaningful conversations
5. Lead the community with strong leadership qualities
6. Make numerous calls daily to maintain strong relationships
7. Brainstorm and get new ideas to grow the community
8. Research on the topics and latest ideas told by the team

Note:

1. You will be required to report to our Noida office Monday to Friday and work full-time, Saturday would be work-from-home
2. The working hours will be full-time from 10 AM to 7 PM daily
