Relationship Manager (Secured Business Loans) Fresher Job

Position: Relationship manager (loan against property and business loans)
Reporting to: Area business manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
- Proactively generate leads through direct sourcing for loans against property and business loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships in the assigned territory to ensure a steady inflow of potential clients
2. Business Target Achievement:
- Achieve the assigned business targets consistently
- Identify current and prospective opportunities in the local market
3. Customer Acquisition and Management:
- Conduct market research to identify current and prospective opportunities for business growth
- Oversee all customer acquisition activities within the assigned territory
- Manage the entire loan application process, including the completion of applications and gathering of supporting documentation

Note: Please note this role will be performed both in the office and on the field.
