3. Generating Leads by cold calling on Database & initiating open market sales activities
4. Documenting records of all mapped customers portfolio & client visitors
5. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
6. Working on end to end customer relationship management
7. Designing & implementing a strategic sales plans that expands company's customer base
8. Safeguarding all systems are working fine and as per compliance
9. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service
10. Understanding clients' needs, expectations, existing portfolio, risk profile, and financial bandwidth
11. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and financial regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to client
Qualifications:
1. MBA or PGDM/Post graduate/Graduate degree holder or focused education in finance management
2. 1-5 years in handling HNI relationship, sales financial planning of HNI (+ point)
3. Clients with BFSI sector with good business or market knowledge
4. Having experience with HNI client acquisitions and relationship building-skills. (+ point)
5. Handle and manage clients by advising across asset classes
