About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
2. Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies of the company. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
3. Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
4. Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
5. Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
6. Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.

Other requirements

1. Applicant must have completed Graduation.

2. Applicants can be up to 27 years of age.

3. Applicants must have excellent communication skills in their local language and in elementary English.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹11,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,20,000 /year
