Key Responsibilities:
1. 3D Animation - Create smooth, dynamic, and realistic product, character, and motion animations.
2. Rigging & Skinning - Develop and optimize rigs for animation, including mechanical, organic, and character rigs.
3. Motion Graphics & VFX - Design and integrate motion graphics and visual effects in After Effects for engaging animations.
4. Storyboarding & Concept Development - Translate ideas into compelling animation sequences.
5. Lighting & Rendering - Apply advanced lighting techniques to enhance the realism and mood of animations.
6. Collaboration - Work closely with designers, modelers, and creative leads to bring concepts to life.
7. Optimization - Ensure animations are technically optimized for seamless rendering and performance.
8. Industry Awareness - Stay updated on emerging animation trends, tools, and best practices.

Education and experience:
1. Bachelor's degree/diploma in 3D animation, motion design, or a related field.
2. Candidates graduating this year or graduated in the last one year are eligible.

1. Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animations, rigging, and motion graphics
2. Proficiency in Blender 3D and After Effects
3. Understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, physics)
4. Experience in rigging for both character and mechanical animation
5. Skilled in lighting, shading, and rendering animations
6. Storyboarding skills to translate ideas into compelling motion
7. Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Houdini, or Unreal Engine is a plus.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
