Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations, including handling correspondence, chats and phone calls
2. Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations using MS-Office tools, Google Docs
3. Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating with parents and teachers
4. Collaborate with team members to support project management and implementation tasks
5. Provide administrative support to various departments and executives as needed
