As an AI/ML engineer specializing in generative AI and NLP, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our cutting-edge AI initiatives. Leveraging their expertise in both AI/ML and Oracle EPM PCMS Technical, they will contribute to the development and deployment of sophisticated AI models and systems, particularly focusing on language model evaluation, data processing for pre-training and fine-tuning, responsible language model development, alignment, reinforcement learning for language model tuning, efficient training and inference, as well as multilingual and multimodal modeling.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models and NLP techniques to address complex business challenges
2. Develop and evaluate language models for various applications, ensuring high performance and responsible AI practices
3. Architect and implement data processing pipelines for pre-training and fine-tuning of AI models, optimizing for scalability and efficiency
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of AI/ML solutions with Oracle EPM PCMS Technical requirements and best practices
5. Utilize reinforcement learning techniques to improve language model tuning and adaptability to changing environments
6. Optimize training and inference processes for efficient utilization of computational resources and reduced latency
7. Explore and implement multilingual and multimodal modeling approaches to enhance AI capabilities across diverse linguistic and sensory modalities
8. Work on staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technology, actively contributing to the company s intellectual capital and thought leadership
9. Work on mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and expertise in AI/ML techniques and Oracle EPM PCMS technical
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation and deployment of AI/ML solutions
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI and NLP
2. Proficiency in Oracle EPM PCMS Technical, with extensive experience in application development, configuration, and maintenance
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, with experience in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)
4. Demonstrated expertise in language model evaluation, data processing, reinforcement learning, efficient training and inference, and multilingual/multimodal modeling
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
7. Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects in a collaborative team environment
8. Oracle EPM PCMS Technical certification or relevant training is a plus
