Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to a daily quota of approximately 100 leads.
2. Learn about and stay updated on the study abroad processes for specific countries.
3. Develop a strong understanding of our programs, services, and educational offerings.
4. Build and maintain rapport with leads.
5. Track and document all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets based on call attempts, successful connections, and conversion rates.
7. Collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Dedication to the assigned task, with a strong work ethic.
3. Previous experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or call center role is a plus.
4. Knowledge of the study abroad process and specific country requirements is preferred.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
6. Detail-oriented and proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
