Associate - CES (Customer Engagement Support) Fresher Job (Remote)

The legal associate shall be responsible for providing support to the organization clients and ensuring the efficient operation of the legal support department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct analysis and assessment of legal compliance tool-related queries
2. Work on the resolution of client queries daily pertaining to the compliance reporting tool
3. Maintain the report of the queries and fulfill reporting obligations
4. Training of reporting compliance tool to client
5. Communicate with the client on tool query resolution engagement
6. Coordinate and work in collaboration with other teams to complete daily tasks
7. Ensure that a client's needs are met, interact effectively with customers and team members daily, and are typically the first point of contact for the clients
8. Occasional travel may be required
9. Innovate towards the goal of establishing services of legal compliance
