1. Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for vendors/clients in the US
2. Work closely with the prime vendor recruiters/vendors for resume submissions.
3. Develop an action plan & implement it to line-up interviews.
4. Submit resumes to the various job requirements through job portals, vendor network.
5. Do candidate sourcing (calling, reviewing, sort-listing) from the open market.
6. Use LinkedIn search methodologies.
7. Work on daily tasks - candidate engagement/Vendor engagement.
8. Focus to get interview line-ups & get new candidates.
9. Needs to work on IST time from 7.00pm to 3.30am. This is our New York business hours from 9.00am to 6.00pm.
10. Sincere, commitment, focus & dedication is absolutely required to perform desired results.
Who can apply:
Any graduates with excellent communication skills in English. Very good spoken english is required to talk to candidates/vendors.
B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, HR, marketing, sales, BA English, BE, MBA, MCA
HR, Human Resources/Software/IT knowledge is highly preferred
Additional Information:
