We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Connect with potential employers and secure job placements for our bench of qualified candidates
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
3. Act as the primary point of contact between the candidates on the bench and prospective clients
4. Understand the skills, experience, and preferences of candidates to effectively market them to potential employers
5. Identify relevant job opportunities based on candidates' skills and experience
6. Apply for jobs on behalf of candidates, utilizing various job boards, company websites, and other platforms
7. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at client companies
8. Clearly articulate the strengths and capabilities of candidates to potential clients
9. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure job placements for bench candidates
10. Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients
11. Work on staying updated on industry trends, client needs, and market demands
12. Analyze and report on market conditions to optimize the bench sales strategy
Requirements:
1. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry
2. Proven experience in bench sales, recruiting, or a related field within the IT industry
3. Familiarity with the U.S. IT job market and staffing industry
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to effectively present and represent candidates to clients
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
7. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with clients
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
9. Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements
10. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
