Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting research on clients and industry
2. Working on competitor mapping list creation and building relevant connects
3. Handling candidate management via initial calls and shortlisting
4. Working on tracker management and updates for all roles
5. Preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports
6. Providing timely trends, intelligence, and guide search direction

Other requirements

1. Graduate (any degree) with a maximum of 1-year experience in sales/customer support/research/mapping/recruitment/headhunting

2. Proficiency in the use of MS software, specifically Excel with expert skills in building and co-relation of Excel spreadsheets required

3. Proven track record of working on very large and multiple databases

4. Problem-solving & insightful analysis capability with the ability to provide strategic inputs

5. Ability to identify emerging trends

6. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and investigative skills
