Associate UI/UX Designer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and project managers
3. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry trends
4. Stay upto date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies
5. Manage end to end product design process, from research to prototype ensuring the delivery of high quality, intuitive, and visually stunning products
6. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, graphic designers, clients and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.
