Business Consultant Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Compliance: Ensure full compliance with India's FDI regulations, including obtaining necessary approvals for establishing a foreign office.
2. RBI and MCA Filings: Manage and execute the process of obtaining Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approval and filing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
3. Legal Documentation: Draft and review necessary legal documents, including incorporation certificates, memorandum of association (MOA), articles of association (AOA), and board resolutions.
4. Tax Registration: Oversee the registration process for Permanent Account Number (PAN), Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN), and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
5. Labor Law Compliance: Ensure the company complies with Indian labor laws, including registration for Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
6. Company Setup: Assist with setting up a local office in India, ensuring all legal and operational procedures are correctly followed.
7. Ongoing Compliance: Manage annual filings, financial reporting, and compliance with Indian regulations.
