Business Development Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Willing to do cold callings and convert them into sales
2. Generate revenue and make a huge impact on Certybox's growth, by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning the company's products in the market
3. Maintain, build, and update calling/mailing databases by cold calling
4. Research on different tools to increase the sales or business opportunities
5. Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product
6. Ensure regular follow-ups with new and existing customers

Desired skills:

1. 0-2 years of experience in inside sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter, and willingness to meet targets
2. Consistent track record of achieving sales targets (monthly/quarterly), preferably from a background in the education industry
3. Experience in selling data science or ed-tech courses in the past preferred
4. The successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, and diligence with attention to detail
5. Target-oriented
