Chess Gaja founded by GrandMaster Priyadharshan Kannappan is seeking a passionate and energetic person to join our team as a Business Development Associate for a role with a shift timing starting at 5:00 AM - 2 PM shift (Wednesday to Monday) (Tuesday leave)
This is a remote role, but we may give slight preference to candidates who are in or around Madurai.

If the cover letter is not attached, then we will be automatically rejecting your application. This is a generalist role, where you will report directly to the company founder Mr. Priyadharshan.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ability to work independently with limited supervision
2. Energetic Candidates with big ideas and dreams!
3. Hunger to Learn new things and technologies!
4. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
5. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
6. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
7. Creating and maintaining CRM database of current and potential customers
8. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
9. Researching and qualifying new leads
10. Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Expected Start Date: 01/06/2024
1. Candidates in and around Madurai(Sivagangai, Karaikudi etc) preferred
2. You have to bring your own device (Laptop and Phone)
3. Should have at least 50 Mbps+ Internet connection
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
