Qualifications:

Comfortable working in US time zone
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eager to learn and solve problems proactively
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage client accounts and be their main point of contact
2. Build strong client relationships and grow accounts in revenue
3. Work with internal teams to deliver products/services on time
4. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present insights
5. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services
6. Resolve client issues effectively to ensure satisfaction
7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and agreements
8. Assist senior team members with ad-hoc tasks
