Business Development Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

As a Business Development Associate at Pawzz Foundation, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our reach in the animal welfare industry. Your proficiency in English (both spoken and written) will be essential for communicating with your team and stakeholders. Your expertise in digital marketing, MS-Excel, email marketing, and social media marketing will be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns and reaching our target audience effectively. Additionally, your knowledge of HRIS and market research will help in optimizing our internal processes and identifying new opportunities in the market.

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing programs to promote Pawzz Foundation's mission and initiatives.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
3. Manage team of 100 interns and help them achieve their targets using the right strategies
4. Utilize social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement and optimising intern's performance
5. Assist in implementing HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
6. Lead your team efficiently and maintain all essential data records
7. Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions.
