Business Development Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with our international teams to engage with clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.
2. Schedule and manage product demonstrations with the respective regional Sales Leader.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with leading recruitment firms in these markets via LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
4. Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, evaluate their interest, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for successful conversion.
5. Maintain accurate records and efficiently manage prospect and customer data in CRM (HubSpot) for effective tracking and follow-ups.
