Key responsibilities:

Lead Engagement and Conversion: Actively engage with leads to support conversion efforts, conducting regular follow-ups to nurture relationships and advance potential clients through the sales funnel. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address client needs and present solutions.

Resilience and Persistence in Sales Efforts: Demonstrate resilience and persistence when engaging with potential leads, understanding that follow-ups and relationship-building are critical to eventual conversion and deal success.

Webinar Coordination and Follow-Up: Notify and remind leads about upcoming webinars, ensuring they have all necessary information to attend and stay engaged.

Data and Administrative Management: Maintain comprehensive records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM. Ensure organized and accessible data for analysis, reporting, and effective follow-up. Handle additional paperwork to support business development activities.
