Key responsibilities:

1. Client interaction & relationship management: Engage with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead follow-up & conversion: Proactively follow up on leads, address queries, and persuade prospects to complete the Demat account opening or other financial services.
3. Team coordination & reporting: Collaborate with internal teams, update daily reports on lead status, and ensure seamless workflow across departments.
