
1. Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or outreach roles, preferably in e-commerce, fitness, or marketplace businesses.
2. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with businesses and service providers.
3. Target-Driven Approach: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding onboarding and sales targets.
4. Communication & Relationship-Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential partners and maintain long-term relationships.
5. Market Knowledge: Understanding of the e-commerce and fitness industry landscape in India is a plus.
6. Self-Motivated & Proactive: Ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
