Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive - Outreach to spearhead the expansion efforts for Mall2Mart and Gymaroundme. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand and gym onboarding, negotiating favorable margin agreements, and ensuring the successful expansion of our business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales & Partnerships: Conduct outreach calls to distributors, D2C brands, and businesses to onboard them onto Mall2Mart's zero-commission, vendor-friendly model.
2. Onboarding Targets: Successfully onboard 60 brands per month to expand the Mall2Mart catalogue.
3. Margin Negotiation: Negotiate favorable margin agreements with distributors, ensuring a profitable partnership while maintaining vendor satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential partners through research, networking, and cold calling.
5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded brands to ensure long-term engagement and growth.
6. Outbound Sales & Gym Acquisition: Conduct outreach calls to fitness centers across India and onboard them onto Gymaroundme and our other platforms.
7. Onboarding Targets: Achieve a target of 600 gym onboarding per month, contributing to the rapid expansion of Gymaroundme.
8. Negotiation & Profit Optimization: Secure the best possible margins from gym partners, ensuring profitability while offering them increased visibility and customer acquisition.
9. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop strategies to maximize onboarding efficiency and streamline the onboarding process.
10. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and report key performance metrics to management.

Other requirements

1. Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or outreach roles, preferably in e-commerce, fitness, or marketplace businesses.

2. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with businesses and service providers.

3. Target-Driven Approach: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding onboarding and sales targets.

4. Communication & Relationship-Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential partners and maintain long-term relationships.

5. Market Knowledge: Understanding of the e-commerce and fitness industry landscape in India is a plus.

6. Self-Motivated & Proactive: Ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
