Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
2. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
3. Conduct market research to pinpoint industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
4. Collaborate with marketing to craft targeted campaigns attracting new clients
5. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
6. Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company
7. Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and offer insights to management
8. Keep abreast of industry trends to maintain competitiveness
9. Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation

6. Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
