Business Development Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Client portfolio management: Develop and manage client portfolios, maintaining strong relationships with clients to support their success and engagement with our solutions.
2. ORM solution presentations: Present Online Reputation Management (ORM) solutions to potential leads and educate clients on the value of our offerings to enable informed decision-making.
3. Business growth and profitability: Sustain and maximize business growth and profitability by enhancing the value clients derive from our products.
4. Customer data analysis: Analyze customer data to continuously improve the customer experience and address any pain points effectively.
5. Product demonstrations: Hold demonstrations of our products for both direct customers and channel partners, ensuring all parties understand our value proposition.
6. Customer onboarding: Refine and enhance onboarding processes to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
7. Lead generation: Generate leads for the company via LinkedIn and other channels, working towards expanding our client base.
8. Collaboration with channel partners: Work closely with channel partners to drive business growth, strengthening partnerships.
9. Communication infrastructure: Assess and enhance tutorials, FAQs, and other communication materials to improve client education.
10. Client mediation: Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing communication and issue resolution.
11. Request and complaint handling: Address customer requests and complaints promptly, aiming to resolve all issues to the client's satisfaction.
12. Churn reduction: Identify potential customer churn risks and take proactive steps to retain clients.
13. Product input: Contribute insights to aid in product design and development, based on client feedback and observed market trends.
