About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform business strategies
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market insights and potential opportunities
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research
- Qualify leads to assess their potential and align with company objectives
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospects
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase the company's products or services
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
1. Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business development targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure deals
2. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the business development manager to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships and alliances
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities
- Provide feedback and insights to improve business development strategies and processes

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (a master’s degree or additional certifications in sales or business development is a plus)

2. Experience: Fresher or a maximum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

7. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 50,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
