People10 is looking for talented, energetic, and self-motivated business development executives who are passionate about joining a rapidly growing Technology services company. If you have a flair for sales, you will enjoy this role as you will be responsible for generating leads and involve in converting these leads to revenue by interacting with decision-makers & influencers across different business verticals in the US region.

Key responsibilities:

1. Generating/sourcing qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc by rigorously prospecting and researching within the US market
2. Striking and Initiated conversations with C-level executives (high-profile personas) through 100+ cold outbound calls toward the US region
3. Improvising outbound skills like elevator pitch, email drafts, etc.
4. Familiarizing yourself with all the services offered by our company.
5. Prospecting using various sales tools to create a credible outbound database.
6. Scheduling and setting relevant first-level meetings with the decision-makers of the company
7. Following up done with identified prospects with relevant needs

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. 0.6 - 1 year of relevant experience

2. Expertise in lead generation via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc, and setting appointments

3. Expertise with various industry verticals like HealthTech, FinTech, RetailTech, InsurTech, and other sectors

4. Expertise in using CRM

5. Should be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) skill

6. Strong listening and analytical skills

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

8. Have a really strong outbound sales pipeline

9. Should have a good understanding of emerging technologies in the IT space

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
