Business Development Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Brainstorming with the business development team to create a new project and sales strategy, lead generation, lead conversion, etc
2. Being responsible for end-to-end sales
3. Doing cold calling i.e. making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
4. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
5. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
6. Working on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile
7. Being on calls and counseling students throughout the day
8. Giving 3 hours of talk-time to show your per-day productivity

Note: The candidate should be flexible to work on additional days and hours.
