uFaber is a well-funded Edutech startup, founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT Bombay to change the way we learn. We sell high-quality online courses on a variety of topics, from exam preparation to certifications.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make 100+ calls and counsel students who have inquired about the product/services
2. Arrange and conduct video call meetings with students as per their availability for better counseling sessions
3. Schedule free demo lectures for students with our mentors if required
4. Generate revenue every month with a minimum of 10X of your fixed monthly CTC
5. Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
6. Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile
7. Be flexible to work on additional days and hours
Requirement:
1. Need to have Laptop/desktop, Android phone, designated setup and peace place for WFH, own sim card for official purposes, and good internet connectivity
2. Need to have good communication, energy, confidence
3. Should be open to targets, and calling
Note: Here training is also paid where we pay you Rupees 5000/- till the date of live from the date of joining. (15-21 days).
