We're seeking an enthusiastic and eager client servicing/account manager to join our team and learn the ropes of website development project management. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills while contributing to impactful projects for our US-based clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist senior colleagues in building and maintaining positive relationships with US-based clients
2. Learn the client engagement lifecycle through onboarding, project scoping, budget management, and timeline adherence
3. Support designers and developers by gathering client requirements and ensuring alignment with project objectives
4. Present design concepts and development updates with guidance from senior team members
5. Contribute to project management tasks under supervision, learning best practices for on-time and on-budget delivery
6. Proactively identify and escalate potential client concerns
7. Assist with generating reports and tracking KPIs
8. Stay informed about industry trends in website design and development
