We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 'Client Support Executive' at Tradetron. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients through chat and calls and resolving a variety of technical and non-technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt and effective support to clients via chat and calls.
2. Assist clients with various scenarios, including technical and non-technical concerns.
3. Offer guidance on trading-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
4. Handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
5. Collaborate with team members via Slack to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong knowledge of trading, particularly with respect to major Indian exchanges.
- Familiarity with trading jargon, as well as a basic understanding of the Indian stock, options, and derivatives markets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior trading experience is a must.

-Exceptional email writing skills are a plus.
